About MITHRAM
MITHRAM, meaning “Friend,” is a student-led anti-drug movement that fights substance abuse by giving students something more powerful than any drug: purpose, technology, and a community that cares.
Students Lost to Drugs
Every 10 minutes, a student in India tries drugs for the first time. Schools are becoming hunting grounds for drug dealers. Students as young as 12 are becoming addicts. Families are being torn apart. The epidemic is growing, and silence is not an option.
Anti-Drug Technology Clubs
MITHRAM fights drugs with the most addictive thing there is: the thrill of creation. Our Technology Clubs in schools and communities become drug-free zones where students build robots, fly drones, and code AI — proving that the best high comes from achievement, not substances.

Rescue At-Risk Students
Identify students vulnerable to drug abuse in schools and communities, and intervene early with technology-based alternatives before addiction takes hold.
Build Drug-Free Tech Clubs
Establish anti-drug technology clubs in every school where students learn aerospace, robotics, and AI instead of turning to substances.
Create Student Ambassadors
Train recovered and at-risk students to become anti-drug ambassadors who spread the message of innovation over addiction in their communities.
Heal Through Innovation
Use hands-on technology projects as therapeutic tools for students recovering from substance abuse, giving them confidence and a sense of achievement.

FAERI is the parent organization powering MITHRAM’s anti-drug mission. With expertise in aerospace, robotics, and technology education, FAERI provides the tools, mentors, and infrastructure needed to rescue students from addiction and give them a future worth fighting for.
